2. Description of Service

Signature Designer is a professional design service that creates custom, hand-crafted signature variations based on your name and preferences. Our service includes designing unique signature styles, providing high-resolution image files, and generating practice tracing sheets for signature mastery.

3. Orders & Payment

• •All orders are placed through our website and processed via Razorpay, a PCI DSS Level 1 certified payment gateway.
• •Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of all applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• •Upon successful payment, your order is confirmed and work begins immediately.
• •We reserve the right to change pricing at any time without prior notice. Price changes will not affect orders already placed.

4. Delivery

• •Signatures are delivered digitally via email and your personal download dashboard within 24 hours of order confirmation.
• •Delivery timelines are estimates, not guarantees. In rare cases, delivery may take up to 48 hours due to high demand.
• •It is your responsibility to provide accurate information (name, preferences) in the onboarding form. Errors due to incorrect information provided by you are not our responsibility.

5. Refund & Cancellation Policy

As Signature Designer is a professional service and work begins immediately after order placement, all sales are final. No refunds, returns, or exchanges will be provided. For complete details, please refer to our Refund Policy page.

6. Intellectual Property

• •Upon delivery and full payment, you are granted a perpetual, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the delivered signature designs for personal and professional purposes.
• •You may not resell, redistribute, or sublicense the signature designs to third parties.
• •The design methodology, templates, and processes used to create signatures remain the intellectual property of Signature Designer / XUSH.PRO.

7. User Responsibilities

• •You must provide accurate and truthful information during the ordering and onboarding process.
• •You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and download dashboard access.
• •You agree not to use the service for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Signature Designer / XUSH.PRO shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific order in question.

9. Privacy

We respect your privacy and handle your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of information as described therein.

10. Modifications to Terms
